After placing an order, the articles will be put aside for you. You will receive an confirmation of the order by e-mail. When the payment is not received within three weeks, the order will be cancelled. Prices are including VAT.
We will ship orders at least three times a week. Shipments are done via the Dutch POSTNL company or other reliable company like DPD or DHL. The article prices are without shipment costs. You can see the shipping costs during the ordering process based on the total weight.
The products will be sent carefully packed after receiving payment. Fossils and minerals come with a short description with name, age and location (if known).
Shipping of fossils and minerals can be expensive due to the weight. When a parcel has to be used to send the articles, it can be relatively cheaper to order more articles in one order. We only ship to EURO countries within the European Union (EU). It is also possible to pick up the order yourself in Haarlem, The Netherlands.
To save costs and the environment we use reused boxes and packaging.
EU shipping is free from 75 euro.
During the ordering process the total costs are shown, after which you can pay electronically. The payment module is operated by Mollie.

Do you want to return or exchange items, please contact us within 14 days. After that exchange and return is not possible, except by mutual agreement. We can not accept returned items without consultation. Return is only possible if the items are not used and in original condition. After confirmation by us to keep the item(s) can be returned. The return the package must be paid for and the return shipping costs are for your account. The purchase price including original shipping costs, we will credit soon, but in any event within 30 days after the returned goods are received by us in good condition. As only part of the items are returned, we will credit only a proportion of the original shipping costs. Special ordered items can not be returned.
